So often, many of our clients were told, they are having osteoporosis, causing them to suffer low back pain. This statement is not really true! Osteoporosis only tells us that, our bone is fragile, brittle than normal bones. SO we need to EXTRA careful, to avoid fall, high impact damage onto bones.
