This video going to explain, why we are sending you reminder of appt before the appt day.
It is crucial to confirm your appt A-DAY before, to secure the slot, as well as to let us slot-in any walk in / call in appt but cannot get any slots.
As you know, Benphysio practises hands-on physio, we spend nearly 45min with each patients.
So always, we have back-to-back appt daily.
Any early notification is crucial so that we can put in last-min urgent cases.
